PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Dramatically remodeled 6,500 sq. ft. residence across 5 adjacent bluff lots in Malibu.

CLIENT CRITERIA:
We designed the home as a series of octagonal pavilions that serve as a compelling backdrop for a very substantial contemporary art collection as well as the 180 degree views along the California Coast from this perch on the bluffs directly above the beach.  Other features include two detached guest suites and an adjacent work-out pavilion & home offices.
