PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Complete gut, re-design, and reconstruction of a 4,000 sq. ft. beach house.

CLIENT CRITERIA
We were asked to create a very modern but warm home with dramatic spaces through ceiling height & indirect natural lighting.  We also selected a palate of materials that included natural woods, patinaed copper, & flagstone, as well as a “water wall” at the entry that provides a tranquil transition from the Pacific Coast Highway in the distance & the seclusion of their home and the beach.
